Delivery is free to mainland France for all orders over €200 and for all orders over €250 outside mainland France.
We ship our products worldwide via DHL Express and Chronopost carriers.

Once your order is ready, delivery times are 48 to 72 hours. Pre-orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after ordering.
To track your order, please follow the link and use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for any customs taxes or duties when you receive your order.

Returns

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us for reimbursement or credit, if they do not suit you. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Products from archival or sale sales are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Returned parts must be in their original condition, not having been used, transformed or washed.
Note that parts whose label has been detached cannot be returned.
